廢棄電機電子物品指令

禁用有害物質指令
(The Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment， ROHS)等。
魔電機電子設備指令(WEEE) (2002/96/EC)
電機電子設備限用有害物質指令(ROHS) (2002/95/EC)
都在2003年1月27日公布，實施日期分別為2005年8月13日及2006年7月1日。

RoHS指令：從2006年7月1日起，必須全面禁止廠商在其產品或零組件當中使用含有鉛(Pb)汞(Hg)、(Cd)、六價鉻(Cr+6) 、多溴聯苯(PBBs)及溴二苯酸(PBDEs)六種有害物質。RoHS指令具備指標性作用，這樣的要求其實已演變成全球性環保要求，也成為資訊電子產業的基本技術門檔。

Both were announced on January 27, 2003, and the implementation dates were August 13, 2005 and July 1, 2006.

RoHS Directive: From July 1, 2006, manufacturers must completely prohibit the use of lead (Pb) in their products or components
Mercury (Hg), pot (Cd), hexavalent road (Cr+6), poly Australian biphenyls (PBBs) and Australian dibenzoic acid (PBDEs) six harmful substances.
The RoHS directive has an indicator function. Such a requirement has actually evolved into a global environmental protection requirement, and it has also become the information and electronics industry.

Sn-Ag-Cu系列，較一般Sn63/Pb37熔點為高，所以耐熱疲勞具特出優越性，且可增加焊點強度。新的無鉛焊錫有RMA、RA助焊劑，搭配焊錫膏及RA Type錫絲以供選擇。

With a supremely high resistance to thermal &tique, Solnet Pb-Free has a higher melting point than Sn63/Pb37 but incorporates the added benefit of improved joint strength. The new solders, comprising Sn/Ag/Cu, are available as RMA and RA solder pastes and also as RA cored solder wire.
■ 提供線徑從0.38mm - 3.0mm，每捲200g・20kg以供選擇• Sparkle EX 具2.5%助焊劑，氯含量0.45%。
◆ Solnet Pb-Free Cored Solder Wire are also available in 0.38mm-3.0mm diameters on 200g-20kg reels. Sparkle EX has a 2.5% flux and 0.45% chloride.

216 - 220°C系列，比重約7.4，剪力52Mpa，24°C延 伸率49%，0-100°C熱膨脹系數213xl0-6°/C，creep fracture rating 125°C 3000小時。

■ Solnet Pb-Free Solder Bar
melting point is 216-220°C, Pb-Free Solder has a specific gravity of 7.4 and exhibit a shear strength 52Mpa. Elongation at 24°C is 49% and the coefficient of the thermal expansion is rated at 213xl0-6°/C over 0 - 100°C. Notably creep fracture rating at 125°C is more than 3000hrs.
